Sheetpan Supper with Sweet Italian Sausage, Grapes and Radicchio

Our absolute favorite dish--stunning and stunningly easy. Feel free to use Dijon mustard for the dressing if it’s all you have on hand.

Serves 4 to 6 / Takes less than 30 minutes

6 (1 ½ 12-ounce packages) The New Food Collective™ Sweet Italian Sausages links

2 small heads radicchio, cut into wedges

3 cups red or black grapes

5 tablespoons olive oil, divided

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 shallot, finely chopped

2 teaspoons grainy mustard

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Chopped flat leaf parsley, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Arrange the sausages on a sheetpan and roast until underside is browned, 10 to 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the radicchio and grapes in a bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the shallot, grainy mustard, vinegar, remaining 3 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.

Remove the sheetpan from the oven and flip the sausages. Add the radicchio and grapes to the sheetpan and return to the oven. Roast, until the sausages are cooked through and radicchio is wilted, about 10 minutes.

Drizzle the dressing over the sausages, grapes and radicchio and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve at once.
